Briana Aguilar-Austin

Briana values yoga as a way to mindfully connect to our physical bodies. The asana practice gives us awareness and information about our individual strengths, imbalances and injuries. She teaches vinyasa flow, with a strong focus on alignment and technique. Briana strives to make yoga accessible and inviting to all levels of students, and wants students to leave her class feeling healthy, happy and accomplished! You just did yoga! She completed her 200-hour certification, and is currently working on her 500-hour, at Yogamaya New York. She loves traveling and is an avid long distance runner. Her New England sports loyalties run deep!
