Yogamaya’s Advanced 300hr Training program brings you on board to the movement and yoga revolution by gathering subject matter experts who share a common philosophy grounded in decades of teaching experience, the latest movement research, a love for yoga and movement and a desire to level-up the yoga teachers everywhere.
We meet 8 weekends at Yogamaya in NYC and integrate and round out the program with a week immersion in Puerto Morelos, Mexico May 2 – 9th, 2020.
This training is comprehensive and cohesive and will hold a through-line of movement optimism (and why), movement variability (why and how), pose adaptations (because we’re all different and kind of also very similar in some ways), inquiry and exploration. Upon completion, you will be able to register as a 500-hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. FAQS >
This is a complete 300hr Teacher Training and limited to 24 students and is designed to level-up your skills in a meaningful way. The program is open to all 200hr Trained Teachers from any background of study who wants to grow as a teacher and join the yoga & movement revolution (and likes to geek out a little).
The content is grounded in helping you become excellent, effective, confident and open-minded teachers for both groups and individuals by developing your ability to see, experience, articulate and adapt movement and poses for your students and in your own practice.
