Jennifer Grims has been teaching yoga for the last seven years and has experience working with all levels.
After receiving her teacher training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center, she realized she was particularly drawn to teaching those new to yoga.
She loves witnessing people discover what an enriching and grounding practice this can be, and then returning for more and more.
Her classes combine spending time in the poses and simple, fun flow. She sees yoga as a grounding experience that can help us let go of fear and attachment and accept the process of who we are as individuals. This is what she hopes to bring to students.
