YOGA(maya) 101 – Beginner Basics Series w/ Teri Richardson
3:30pm - 5pm



You will learn Downward Dog, but you might feel better if you learn with other Yoga Puppies… (meaning other new to yoga PEOPLE!)

This class is Yogamaya’s 4 week INTRO to YOGA series created for brand new students to get you started!  In Yoga(maya) 101 you will learn the basic poses, gain an understanding of what Yoga is, and be ready to jump into our ongoing Level 1 classes with confidence & a strong foundation.  SWEET!

Graduates of Yoga(maya) 101 receive a 20% discount on a class package if purchased within 2 weeks after the final session!  EVEN SWEETER!!

PLEASE NOTE: This series is open to everyone. No previous experience (or flexibility) necessary.  As this is a 4-week series, the classes build on each other. You must register for this course on or before the 1st session & there are NO make-up dates.
